This greenfield development involves the ultimate creation of 34 residential lots over three stages. Our team is responsible for end-to-end design, documentation, contract administration, and construction phase services to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and efficient delivery.
Our scope included:
- Water main extension – design and drafting
- Full tender documentation based on AS4000 contract
- Administration and superintendence of AS4000 contract during construction
- Design of the 34-lot subdivision across 3 stages
- Drafting of Water Corporation-compliant drawings
- Design of shared paths, crossovers, roads, earthworks, and stormwater systems
