At present, we are overseeing Stage 1 of a 127-lot subdivision project that we have designed. Our design responsibilities encompassed all earthworks, services (excluding electrical and communications, which we oversaw), and substantial retaining walls. We are also actively managing the project until its completion, ensuring a smooth transition to the title phase.
