Tim Tadros is the founder and Principal Civil Engineer at Tadros Engineering. With extensive experience across development and stormwater management, Tim has played a key role in shaping the Western Australian built environment through his practical, innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
A Chartered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer in Queensland (RPEQ), Tim brings a depth of technical knowledge and leadership to every project. His expertise spans the full spectrum of civil and hydraulic design, from initial planning through to construction superintendence, with a strong focus on effective stormwater management and infrastructure delivery.

Justin Cross is a Senior Civil Designer, the Design Manager and inaugural employee of Tadros Engineering, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of urban development and infrastructure design. His technical proficiency and practical knowledge have made him an invaluable member of the team, contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of subdivision and land development projects across Western Australia.
With a Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, Justin is highly skilled in 12d modelling, including bulk and detailed earthworks, road and intersection geometry, piped drainage, and sewer and water reticulation to Water Corporation standards. His work is guided by a strong understanding of Main Roads WA requirements and a commitment to delivering efficient, compliant, and cost-effective designs.
