Tadros Engineering was engaged by Vaughan Constructions to deliver comprehensive civil engineering services for the development of Lot 11 Talbot Road in Hazelmere—an industrial site presenting challenging soil conditions, including heavy clay and a naturally low-lying topography.
Our scope included detailed earthworks and pavement design, tailored to suit the site’s geotechnical constraints and functional requirements. We also implemented hydraulically modelled stormwater infrastructure, including two stormwater pump stations to manage runoff effectively in a difficult drainage environment.
Our deliverables included:
- Pavement levels and light-duty asphalt carpark design
- Site earthwork modelling, including 3D strings
- Hydraulically modelled site stormwater system
- Stormwater pump stations
- Wastewater design incorporating an ATU and leach drain disposal system
- Long sections for earthworks and pavements to support retaining wall design
- Vehicle turning templates for site access and movement planning
Our early and detailed modelling ensured that the infrastructure was robust, cost-effective, and adaptable to site-specific challenges, setting the foundation for a successful industrial facility.
