Tadros Engineering was engaged by Shelford Constructions to deliver civil engineering services for the development of Lot 21 within the Roe Highway Logistics Park—one of Perth’s key industrial freight hubs.
Working within the context of a complex logistics precinct, our team provided practical and responsive design solutions tailored to the site’s specific operational and drainage requirements. Particular attention was given to vehicle manoeuvrability, stormwater management, and efficient site grading.
Our scope included:
- Pavement level design for asphaltic areas
- Site earthwork levels and grading
- Hydraulically modelled stormwater design below downpipes
- Long sections to support pavement and retaining wall design
- Retaining wall design and drafting
- Loading dock ramp design, including turning circle assessments and drainage advice
- Investigation of alternative materials to traditional concrete stormwater pipes
- Line-marking layout design
Through technical rigour and proactive collaboration, we supported the efficient delivery of a high-functioning industrial facility in one of Western Australia’s premier logistics locations.
